Yotool may collect information you enter into the service, including your account details, profile information, prospects, follow-ups, reminders, notes, team information, support messages, and payment-related references.

When you sign in or create an account, Yotool may receive information such as your email address, name, profile image, authentication identifier, and session information from the authentication provider.

Profile information may include your name, email address, profile photo, phone number where provided, app preferences, team status, and subscription status.

Users may add prospect-related information such as names, contact details, tags, pipeline stages, notes, and activity status. Users are responsible for having permission or a lawful basis to store and use this information.

Yotool may store reminder dates, follow-up status, completion information, notes, and other workflow details that help users manage prospect and team activity.

Team features may collect team names, invitation records, member relationships, member status, and activity information needed to support team management.

Leaders receive team-level or member-level activity summaries, including activity totals, performance summaries, follow-up summaries, product pipeline summaries, and recruitment pipeline summaries. Leaders must not receive members' private prospect names, phone numbers, private notes, personal contact lists, or raw reminder details through the Leader Dashboard.

Payment information is handled by the payment provider. Yotool may store payment status, order references, amount, subscription activation details, and related records needed to provide access and support. Yotool does not directly store a user's complete card information, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Yotool may collect technical and usage information such as device details, browser type, app version, pages or features used, timestamps, error logs, IP address, and general analytics needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

• To provide CRM, prospect tracking, reminders, team, and Leader Dashboard features.
• To activate and manage digital subscriptions.
• To process support requests, payment issues, refunds, and account deletion requests.
• To improve reliability, safety, performance, and user experience.
• To prevent misuse, investigate technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Yotool uses service providers for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, communications, and support. These providers may process information only as needed to operate Yotool and provide related services.

Yotool does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate Yotool, with payment providers for transactions and payment support, with leaders through privacy-limited team summaries, when required by law, or when needed to protect Yotool, users, or others from misuse or harm.

Yotool uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no website, app, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Yotool keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription records, support legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and respond to user requests. Some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

You may update certain account and profile information in Yotool. You may also choose what prospect, reminder, note, and team information you add, subject to the service features available in your account.

Yotool operates in India, but service providers used for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, or support may process information in other locations where they operate, subject to applicable law and provider terms.

Yotool may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of Yotool after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
