Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Yotool, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing with payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Yotool.

Yotool is a productivity, CRM, prospect-tracking, and follow-up-management platform for network marketers and direct-selling distributors. It helps independent users organize prospects, follow-ups, pipelines, team activity summaries, and related work.

You may use Yotool only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and use digital subscription services in India or in your place of use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Yotool is permitted under applicable law and by any organization, company, or direct-selling program with which you are associated.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share access to your account in a way that allows unauthorized use. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact Yotool support.

Yotool may offer free and paid features. Paid access is provided only after successful payment confirmation and activation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment does not automatically renew unless recurring billing is explicitly introduced later and clearly disclosed before purchase.

The Yotool Leader Dashboard subscription currently costs ₹299 for 30 days and supports one team with up to 50 team members.

Leader Dashboard access is activated after successful payment confirmation and account matching. The current subscription period is 30 days from successful activation. If there is a payment or activation issue, contact support with your payment details and order reference.

The current Leader Dashboard plan supports up to 50 team members. Yotool may restrict additional invitations or member additions once this limit is reached unless a different plan is introduced later.

You agree to use Yotool for lawful productivity, CRM, prospect tracking, follow-up management, and team visibility purposes. You are responsible for following applicable direct-selling, privacy, marketing, communication, and consumer-protection laws.

• Using Yotool for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Uploading information that you do not have permission to store or use.
• Sending spam, unlawful marketing, or messages that violate consent requirements.
• Trying to access another user's account, team, private CRM records, or payment data.
• Interfering with Yotool systems, security, availability, or payment processing.
• Presenting Yotool as an income opportunity, investment, or guaranteed business result.

You are responsible for information you add to Yotool, including profile details, prospects, reminders, notes, team information, and related activity. You must have the required permission or legal basis to store and use personal information in Yotool.

Yotool handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy. By using Yotool, you acknowledge that Yotool uses authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment, and support providers needed to operate the service.

Leaders can view activity summaries and performance aggregates. Leaders must not receive members' private prospect names, phone numbers, personal notes, contact lists, or private reminder details through the Leader Dashboard.

Yotool, including its website, app, design, features, content, logos, and software, belongs to Spotroot Technology LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer Yotool except as permitted by law.

Yotool aims to provide a useful and reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party services, or technical issues. Yotool may update, add, remove, suspend, or change features when needed.

Yotool may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, and payment processing. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Cashfree Payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Yotool may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that harms Yotool, other users, or third parties.

Yotool is provided as a software productivity tool. Yotool does not guarantee income, sales, recruitment, conversion, business success, or any financial result. Your business outcomes depend on many factors outside Yotool's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yotool and Spotroot Technology LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or expected results arising from your use of Yotool.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Successfully activated digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, subject to the specific cases described in that policy.

Yotool may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of Yotool after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and competent authorities in India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
